Many don't know this (or care), but Alicia is my sister-in-law, who I've been forced to deal with for over ten years.

So today we're going to do a big Birthday Giveaway of Alicia's favorite things. First, here's a few facts about Alicia!

We call her Chi Chi and she's a reasonably decent aunt of my three kids!
