Wildfire Gospel Cover Reveal and Amazon Gift Card Giveaway

I'm not even going to lie to you. Writing the third book was fun!! It's probably my favorite one out of the series so far, because the characters' powers have evolved and. . .I'm continuing to grow as a writer.

Writing has become a second skin for me now, and walking through the Santeria Habitat is like visiting home.

Check out the cover, blurb, and enter the giveaway to win a $30 Amazon Gift Card!

Book 3 of Santeria Habitat Series

Book 2 of Santeria Habitat Series

   Lanore's TO-DO LIST

#1- Set Dante on fire until he’s nothing but smoke and ash.

#2- Find Nona and Mother Earth, tie them to a tree, and create the biggest bonfire Santeria has ever seen.

#3- Find out if there is anybody higher in Mother Earth's psychotic chain of command.

#4- Burn anybody else to a crisp if they get in my fucking way.

Lanore destroys her old beliefs of nonviolence. Flames of revenge now fuel her movements forward. Too many of her loved ones have died, and she's done shedding tears. Sadly, she can't boil Dante's blood just yet. He has the resources to help her and Zulu. Discovering Mother Earth's whereabouts is proving more difficult than expected. She's not what they thought she was. She's something more.

Meanwhile, Lanore's father is missing. Normally, that wouldn't trigger stress, but whispers are spreading around the habitat like a wildfire. A Demon with feline eyes and fire-spotted cheetah skin appeared at the Masquerade Ball right after MeShack was killed. Lanore hopes her father will have some answers.

Is this Demon only a coincidence? Is Lanore just grasping at a last bit of hope that somehow MeShack is alive, or should she face the truth of his death?

Cover Reveal: The Wicked Within by Kelly Keaton

Interesting story: This cover reveal is happening earlier than originally planned. Why? Apparently, someone leaked the cover yesterday!

The author decided to go ahead and reveal it, since it's out of the bag. Sadly, the book description isn't ready yet. But this is the second book in a series, so you can check out the description of the first book to see if you're interested.

Book description coming soon!

Release: September 17th 2013!
Hardcover, 320 pages
Expected publication: September 17th 2013 by Simon Pulse

Other books in the Gods & Monsters series...

I like it! It's similar to the first two, which is good. It bothers me when covers in a series don't stick to a theme. Plus, it's dark and romantic.

To celebrate the cover reveal, author Kelly Keaton is giving away paperback copies of Darkness Becomes Her and A Beautiful Evil. These are the first and second books in the Gods & Monsters series. And this is an international giveaway!

Cover Reveal: The Cirque by Ryann Kerekes

A Goodreads reviewer that I truly trust in her book opinions was going crazy over this book. . .so. . .because I am sick. I rushed over, emailed the author, begged to get a review copy, and threatened to stand outside her home and sing Lil Wayne lyrics at the tune of country music songs.

She replied and sent me the book, although confessing that she loves Lil Wayne and an occasional country music song, so I could just BRING IT!

Anyway. Long story short. I'm reading the book and the fan girl inside my core is vibrating with excitement! Here is the Cover Reveal below.

I'll post my review and a giveaway for this lovely book on Feb 22.

Book Blurb:
Eighteen-year-old ballerina Ariel is determined to experience life
outside the dance studio. She auditions for the cirque on a whim, and though ballet training didn’t prepare her for dodging knives, she refuses to flinch and wins the spot of target girl alongside Gabriel, the mysterious knife-thrower.

There’s something unmistakably dangerous yet tempting about Gabriel’s crystal blue eyes and tattoos. She’s determined to solve the mystery of his past after learning he’s on the run from the law. Especially since the distraction is just what she needs to avoid admitting to her parents she was dismissed from her
ballet contract.

The more she learns about Gabriel, the scars on his body, the foster
homes he grew up in, and his fascination with knives, she knows she should run the other way, but that boy’s like crack, oh so bad for you, yet addicting as hell. When he’s arrested and forced to deal with his past, she has to choose between putting her own life back together and dealing with her parents, or taking a chance on Gabriel, as no one else has.

Shooting Scars is the second book in The Artists Trilogy and is told from the dual POV of Camden and Ellie.

About the author:
The daughter of a Norwegian Viking and a Finnish Moomin, Karina Halle grew up in Vancouver, Canada with trolls and eternal darkness on the brain.
This soon turned into a love of all things that go bump in the night and a rather sadistic appreciation for freaking people out. Like many of the flawed characters she writes, Karina never knew where to find herself and has dabbled in acting, make-up artistry, film production, screenwriting, photography, travel writing and music journalism. She eventually found herself in the pages of the very novels she wrote (if only she had looked there to begin with).
